Ingredients:
• Spinach – 1 bunch
• Tomatoes – 2
• Green chillies – 2
• Salt – To taste
• Black Pepper Powder – tsp
• Ghee/Butter – 1 tbsp
• A few – Coriander leaves
Method:
- Wash and break the spinach in to small pieces.
- Boil in a little water with chopped tomatoes, green chillies and salt.
- When the water starts to boil, add a pinch of black pepper powder.
- Cook on low heat until done.
- Add a few drops of ghee/butter and mix well
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
