Ingredients:
• 500 gms – puff pastry
• 2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 3 tbsp – granulated Sugar
Method:
- Preheat the oven to 210 degree Celsius.
- Divide the pastry into three equal parts.
- Roll out each part into a thin square.
- Mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
- Sprinkle the mixture on top of the pastry on both sides.
- Roll it out.
- Roll it inwards on both sides. Sprinkle the mixture again.
- Now again roll it inwards.
- Now fold it together.
- Cut it into pieces.
- Place it in the fridge for about 15 mins.
- Then place in the baking sheet and bake for about 15 mins.
