Ingredients:

• 500 gms – puff pastry
• 2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
• 3 tbsp – granulated Sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven to 210 degree Celsius.
  2. Divide the pastry into three equal parts.
  3. Roll out each part into a thin square.
  4. Mix the cinnamon and sugar together.
  5. Sprinkle the mixture on top of the pastry on both sides.
  6. Roll it out.
  7. Roll it inwards on both sides. Sprinkle the mixture again.
  8. Now again roll it inwards.
  9. Now fold it together.
  10. Cut it into pieces.
  11. Place it in the fridge for about 15 mins.
  12. Then place in the baking sheet and bake for about 15 mins.
