Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Corn flour
• 2 – Eggs, beaten
• 1 cup – Flour, Maida
• 1/2 cup – Milk batter
• 1/2 tsp – Pepper powder
• Salt to taste
• Water.
Method:
- Combine the maida and the corn flour in a bowl, blend it with water into a batter.
- Then add milk and the beaten eggs. Stir until it’s well mixed and of a thick pancake consistency.
- Add salt and pepper powder to taste to it.
- Now heat a non-stick pan, pour or scoop the batter onto it, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
