Ingredients:
• 1 tbsp – Cooking oil
• 1/4 cup – Channa dal
• 1/4 cup – Moong dal
• 1/2 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/4 tsp – Methi seeds (fenugreek)
• 1 cup – Raw Rice
Method:
- Soak raw rice, channa dal, moong dal, urad dal and methi seeds for four hours.
- Grind with sufficient water, into a fine paste.
- Heat a non-stick frying pan and spread the batter evenly, with the back of the ladle, to make a round shape.
- Cover the dosa with a lid. When done on both sides, remove with a flat ladle.
- Serve with coconut chutney.
