Ingredients:

• 250 g – Paneer
• 4 – Tomatoes large
• 4 pieces – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Coriander leaves
• salt

Method:

  1. Cut the tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
  2. Roast cumin, coriander seeds and grind it to a powder.
  3. In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly browned.
  4. Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil, add the tomatoes and garlic mixture.
  5. When it boils, add the paneer and cook it till done.
  6. Before taking off the heat, sprinkle with the dry masala.
  7. Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapattis.
