
Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer
• 4 – Tomatoes large
• 4 pieces – Garlic
• 2 tbsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Coriander seeds
• 3 tbsp – oil
• Coriander leaves
• salt
Method:
- Cut the tomatoes and grind it with garlic in the mixer.
- Roast cumin, coriander seeds and grind it to a powder.
- In a heavy bottom pan, heat oil and fry the paneer cubes till lightly browned.
- Keep the paneer aside and in the same oil, add the tomatoes and garlic mixture.
- When it boils, add the paneer and cook it till done.
- Before taking off the heat, sprinkle with the dry masala.
- Garnish it with green coriander and serve it with hot chapattis.
