Ingredients:

• Paneer (fried and soaked in water) – 100 g
• Tomatoes- 250 g
• Ginger – 10 g
• Garlic – 10 g
• Red Chilli powder -1 tsp
• coriander powder – 5 g
• Onions – 15 g
• Butter – 10 g
• kasoori Methi – 1/2 tsp
• Garam Masala – 1/2 tsp
• Cream – 1/2 tsp
• chopped coriander – 1/2 tsp
• Sugar – a pinch

Method:

  1. Blanch the tomatoes. Skin and make a coarse paste of them.
  2. In a kadai, heat oil and add cumin, chopped onion.
  3. Fry for a while. Add ginger-garlic paste.
  4. Add chilli powder and coriander powder. Cook for a minute.
  5. Then, add pureed tomatoes and cook well.
  6. Finish by adding fried paneer and kasuri methi.
  7. Take out in a bowl, garnish with garam masala powder and chopped coriander.
