Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – condensed Milk
• 2.5 cups – whole Milk
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup – grated Paneer
• 1/2 cup – grated Apple
• 1/4 cup – mixed nuts (broken)

Method:

  1. Cook grated apple with a little water in microwave high for 1 minute. Let it cool.
  2. Boil the milk in a pan, add the condensed milk and keep stirring.
  3. Add sugar and cardamom powder and let it simmer on low flame for about 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
  4. Now add the grated paneer and continue simmering on low flame for 10 more minutes.
  5. Add nuts and remove from fire.
  6. When it cools, add the cooked apple.
  7. Refrigerate and serve chilled.
