
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – condensed Milk
• 2.5 cups – whole Milk
• 1/4 cup – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 1/2 cup – grated Paneer
• 1/2 cup – grated Apple
• 1/4 cup – mixed nuts (broken)
Method:
- Cook grated apple with a little water in microwave high for 1 minute. Let it cool.
- Boil the milk in a pan, add the condensed milk and keep stirring.
- Add sugar and cardamom powder and let it simmer on low flame for about 15 minutes. Stir frequently.
- Now add the grated paneer and continue simmering on low flame for 10 more minutes.
- Add nuts and remove from fire.
- When it cools, add the cooked apple.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.
