Ingredients:
• 2 cups – crumbled Paneer
• 1 – Onion (chopped finely)
• 1/2 cup – Bell pepper (green and red)
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 1 tsp – Ginger Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp- Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 – Green chillies (chopped)
• 1/2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Salt
• Chopped Coriander leaves
• Oil
Method:
- Heat oil and crackle cumin seeds.
- Then add chopped onions, ginger garlic paste. Saute until onions turn translucent.
- Now add the chopped green chillies, chopped bell peppers, give a quick stir and add the turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder with salt. Saute for a few seconds.
- Finally, add the scrambled paneer and cook on simmer while stirring continuously.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve as side dish.
