Ingredients:
• 400g – Paneer (crumbled)
• 4 medium-sized – Onions (finely chopped)
• 3 – Green chillies (finely chopped)
• a handful – Green peas
• 4 to 5 tbsp – oil
• 3 big – Tomatoes (finely chopped)
• 2 tsp – red chilly powder
• 2 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 2 tbsp – finely chopped Coriander leaves (to garnish)
• salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the green peas and keep it aside.
- Heat oil in a kadai.
- Saute onions and green chillies on a low flame till the onions are light pink in colour.
- Add tomatoes and saute till the tomatoes are a bit tender.
- Add red chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
- Saute on a low flame till the oil separates.
- Add paneer and boiled green peas.
- Mix it gently and let it simmer for a few minutes.
- Garnish it with coriander leaves and serve it hot with rotis.
