Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Paneer, cut lengthwise
• 1 cup- Capsicum, cut lengthwise
• 1/2 cup – Onions, cut lengthwise
• 1 cup – Tomatoes, cut lengthwise
• A pinch of Ajinomoto
• Salt and Red Chilli powder to taste
• 1/2 cup – Coriander leaves

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, capsicum, and tomatoes.
  2. Add ajinomoto, salt, and chilli powder to it.
  3. When brown, add the paneer and coriander leaves.
  4. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot with chapatis.
