
Ingredients:
• 200 gm – Paneer (cubes)
• 3 – capsicum, medium sized
• 1 – Onion medium
• 2 – Garlic Cloves
• 1 tbsp – soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Green chilli sauce
• 2 tbsp – Tomato sauce
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 2 tbsp – oil
• Salt, to taste
Method:
- Keep a kadai on the stove and put oil in it, add crushed garlic and after frying for a minute.
- Add chopped onion and fry for 2 mins.
- Then put capsicum pieces. Cook for some time by keeping a lid on the kadai.
- When capsicum is cooked, add paneer and stir lightly for a minute.
- Then put salt, soya sauce, green chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar.
- Stir for a minute and remove from flame.
