Ingredients:
• 2 – tender Cucumbers
• 50 g – Paneer
• 1/2 tsp – Green chilli paste
• 2 sprigs – coriander
• 2 tsp – curds
• salt to taste
Method:
- Peel and cut the cucumber vertically into two.
- Remove the inner flesh and seeds from the cucumber.
- Mix the paneer, chopped coriander, salt and chilli paste.
- Stuff each half of cucumber with this mixture.
- Chill and serve.
