Ingredients:
• Puff pastry sheets – 1
• Paneer – 1 block, grated
• Salsa sauce – 1/2 cup
• Onion – 1
• Garlic – 3 Cloves
• Salt to taste
• Pepper to taste
Method:
- Pre-heat oven to 400 degree Fahrenheit
- Grate paneer and keep aside in a large bowl
- Heal oil in a pan. When hot, add chopped onions and grated garlic, stir till brown.
- Add Salsa sauce, salt, pepper and cook covered on low flame for 5 minutes
- Add this mixture to the grated paneer and mix well.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into squares – 2 inches by 2 inches
- Place a tbsp of the paneer mixture in the middle of the puff pastry.
- Place the puff pastries in small foil muffin cups so it takes shape of cups. The edges could be left curly for better effect.
- Bake for 20 minutes in a moderately hot oven and serve.
