Ingredients:

• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 100 g – paneer, cubed
• 1/2 tsp – kasoori Methi
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop onion lengthwise. Deseed the tomato and dice.
  2. Heat ghee and saute onion till it turns brown. Add tomato and fry till tender.
  3. Add paneer cubes, salt and spices.
  4. Add kasuri methi and fry quickly on moderate flame. Ensure it blends well.
  5. Serve hot with warm phulkas.
