Ingredients:
• 1 – Onion
• 1 – Tomato
• 100 g – paneer, cubed
• 1/2 tsp – kasoori Methi
• 1/4 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1/2 tsp – cumin powder
• 1/4 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tsp – Ghee
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop onion lengthwise. Deseed the tomato and dice.
- Heat ghee and saute onion till it turns brown. Add tomato and fry till tender.
- Add paneer cubes, salt and spices.
- Add kasuri methi and fry quickly on moderate flame. Ensure it blends well.
- Serve hot with warm phulkas.
