Ingredients:

• Milk – 1 litre
• Green coriander – 2 tsp, finely chopped
• Lemon – 1
• Boiled Potato – 4, big size
• Tomato sauce – 4 tbsp
• Green chutney – 4 tbsp
• Bread crumbs – 6 tbsp
• Potato wafers – 1 packet
• Flour – 2 tbsp
• Oil for frying
• Salt to taste
• Black pepper powder to taste
• Green chilli, finely chopped – as per taste

Method:

  1. First, boil the milk, add green coriander, green chilli, lemon juice and curdle the milk.
  2. Remove the water, put the cottage cheese in muslin cloth and place some weight on it.
  3. When the paneer (cottage cheese) sets, cut them into 5 cm pieces.
  4. Mash the potato and add salt and pepper to it.
  5. Add water to the flour like it is done when bhajiyas are made.
  6. Now, take two pieces of paneer, apply green chutney on one side and stick them together.
  7. Take mashed potatoes on a palm and spread it. Apply tomato sauce on it.
  8. Place the paneer on it and cover the paneer with the mashed potato-sauce mix.
  9. Shape the paneer.
  10. Dip this into batter and coat with bread crumbs.
  11. Deep-fry it.
  12. Serve with green chutney and potato wafers.
