Ingredients:
• 100 g – Paneer cubes
• 100 g – button Mushroom
• 1 – green bell pepper
• 1 – big Tomato
• 1 – big Onion
• 5 – Green chilli
• salt
Method:
- Boil the paneer cubes.
- Clean and drain the water from mushroom, then cut them into halves.
- Cut the bell pepper into small squares.
- Cut the tomato into square pieces.
- Cut the onions into square pieces.
- Fry paneer, mushroom, tomato, bell pepper separately and keep aside.
- Warm some oil in a wok and splutter green chillies.
- Fry the onion till golden brown and then add the fried bell pepper, paneer, mushroom and tomato, one after other.
- Add salt according to taste.
- Fry it for some time, then serve it in a dish with tomato and chilli sauce.
- Serve with chapattis or hot jeera rice.
