Ingredients:

• 100 g – Paneer cubes
• 100 g – button Mushroom
• 1 – green bell pepper
• 1 – big Tomato
• 1 – big Onion
• 5 – Green chilli
• salt

Method:

  1. Boil the paneer cubes.
  2. Clean and drain the water from mushroom, then cut them into halves.
  3. Cut the bell pepper into small squares.
  4. Cut the tomato into square pieces.
  5. Cut the onions into square pieces.
  6. Fry paneer, mushroom, tomato, bell pepper separately and keep aside.
  7. Warm some oil in a wok and splutter green chillies.
  8. Fry the onion till golden brown and then add the fried bell pepper, paneer, mushroom and tomato, one after other.
  9. Add salt according to taste.
  10. Fry it for some time, then serve it in a dish with tomato and chilli sauce.
  11. Serve with chapattis or hot jeera rice.
