Ingredients:

• 1 cup – besan
• 1 cup – paneer, grated
• 2 tsp – Red Chilli
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric powder
• 1/2 tsp – ginger/garlic paste
• 1/2 cup – Cashew nuts
• Fresh coriander
• Oil to deep fry
• Water to mix
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Take besan and add all the ingredients into it.
  2. Mix with water to a thick paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan. Deep-fry in the oil.
  4. Serve hot with sauce.
