Ingredients:

• Paneer – 200 gm
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
• Oil – 4 tbsp
• Onions – 1.5 cup, chopped
• Green chillies – 4, chopped
• Ginger – 2 cm, chopped
• Garlic – 1 pod, chopped
• Coriander leaves – 2 to 3 tbsp, chopped
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Grate the paneer.
  2. Mix with chilli powder, turmeric salt.
  3. Heat oil, fry onions till light brown.
  4. Add green chillies, ginger-garlic and fry well.
  5. Add the grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
  6. Fry for about 2-3 mins.
  7. Serve hot with chapatti.
