Ingredients:
• 250 g – Paneer
• 2 Onions (sliced)
• 1 Capsicum (sliced)
• 1/2 cup Tomato Puree
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 1/2 cup fresh Cream or fresh lightly beaten malai
• 1/2 tsp Garam Masala
• salt
• Red Chilli powder
Method:
- Heat ghee in a pan, add onions and capsicum. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add tomato puree, fresh cream, salt, garam masala and red chilli powder. Cook for one minute.
- Cut paneer into cubes and add to the masala. Mix well.
- Cook again for 2 minutes. Serve hot.
