
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – soya granules or chunks
• 1/2 cup – crumbled Paneer
• 1/2 cup – finely, chopped Onions
• 1 – Green chilli slit
• 1 spring – Curry leaves
• 1 tsp – ginger, Garlic paste
• 1/4 tsp each – mustard and cumin
• Pinch of – Turmeric
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• Lemon juice – optional
• 1 tbsp – oil
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a wide pan, and crackle mustard and cumin, add curry leaves.
- Add onions and chilli, fry till they turn translucent
- Add ginger garlic paste, saute
- Add the soya granules, salt and turmeric, fry for 2 mins, cover and cook till the soya granules are cooked fully, if needed just sprinkle little water
- Add red chilli powder, garam masala, crumbled paneer and lemon juice.
- Mix well and fry for 3 mins on a medium flame.
- Serve.
