
Ingredients:
• For filling: 250 g – cottage cheese(paneer)
• 1 – chopped Onion
• 1/2 cup – chopped coriander
• 1/2 cup – chopped Mint
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger paste
• 2 tsp – green chilly piaster
• 1 tsp – dried Mango powder
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• salt to taste
• For rolls: 2 cup – split green gram (moong dal)
• 2 cup – water
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tsp – green chilly paste
• salt to taste
Method:
- Soak green gram in water overnight and grind to a smooth paste.
- Add pepper, chilly, salt and make dosa like batter from green gram.
- For filling, mix all the ingredients and keep aside.
- On a non-stick pan spread green gram batter and add butter from both sides.
- Roast on both sides, when done spread the filling over the top and prepare tight rolls.
- Remove from heat and serve hot with green and red chutney.
