Ingredients:

• 400 gm – Paneer
• 2 tbsp – chopped coriander
• 2 – Green chillies
• 2 pinches – Sugar
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 tsp – chopped Cashewnuts
• 2 tsp – chopped Raisins
• Oil for shallow frying
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mash the paneer thoroughly, add the coriander, green chillies, sugar, corn flour and salt and mix well.
  2. Mix the cashewnuts and raisins.
  3. Shape the paneer mixture into small balls.
  4. Press a little in the centre of each ball, fill some cashewnut- raisin mixture and close.
  5. Roll the tikkis in some corn flour.
  6. Shallow fry in oil in a tawa.
  7. Serve.
