Ingredients:

• 1 cup – grated Paneer
• 1 cup – grated Cabbage
• 1 cup – grated Carrot
• 1 cup – bread crumbs
• 1/2 cup – Corn flour
• 3 slices – bread
• 2 tsp – Garam Masala
• 1 tbsp – Maida
• 1 tsp – chilli powder (optional)
• a pinch – Asafoetida
• salt to taste
• oil to fry

Method:

  1. Soak the bread in water and crumble them.
  2. Mix all the ingredients except maida. Sprinkle some water in the mixture and make it into small balls.
  3. Add water to the maida and make it into a thin paste.
  4. Heat the oil in a kadai.
  5. Dip the balls in maida paste, roll in breadcrumbs and deep-fry in oil.
  6. Serve hot with tomato sauce.
