Ingredients:

• Mung dal – 2 cups
• kotmir -1 bunch (chopped)
• Adrak -1 small piece.
• Paneer finely grated – 250 g
• sev – 100gms
• Cabbage – shredded 2 small cups
• Carrot grated – 2 cups
• Beetroot – 1katoris
• Imli ki sauce.

Method:

  1. Preparation of imli sauce:
  2. Boil imli ka pani with jaggery, mirchi powder and salt.
  3. Stuffing:
  4. Add grated cabbage, carrot, beet root, paneer with little kotmir.
  5. Soak moong dal for about four hours
  6. Grind moong dal, adrak, and half of the paneer coarsely with a little salt .
  7. Take a non-stick pan and make a dosa with the batter. Spread a little imli sauce and garnish it with kotmir and sev.
  8. Keep the stuffing in the middle of the dosa and roll it. Garnish it with sev kotmir and paneer and eat it hot with sauce.
