Ingredients:
• 500 gms – crumbled Cottage cheese (paneer)
• 2 tins sweetened condensed Milk
• 1 litre Milk
• 2 tbsp – Corn flour
• 1 cup – fresh strawberries, chopped
• 2 tbsp – chopped Almonds and Pistachios
• 3-4 drops vanilla essence
• Mint leaves, strawberries for decorating
Method:
- Boil milk, add sweetened condensed milk and corn flour diluted in a little milk.
- Add the vanilla essence. Cool till just warm.
- Gradually add mixture to paneer.
- Stir cook until mixture is thick.
- Add chopped strawberries, mix well and pour into individual serving bowls. Chill.
- Decorate with nuts, strawberries and mint leaves.
