
Ingredients:
• 2 – Large potatoes, boiled
• 2 tsp – Besan
• 5 tbsp – Kasoori Methi
• 5 tbsp – Chopped Coriander
• 1 inch – Chopped Ginger
• 2 – Large Tomatoes
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• Turmeric
• Salt
Method:
- Heat 3 tsp oil in a handi.
- Add ginger and chillies to it.
- Lightly fry besan in another kadai.
- To the ginger and chillies, add tomatoes, kasuri methi, coriander, salt, turmeric, potatoes and fried besan.
- Add lots of water.
- Cook for 15 mins and serve hot with parathas.
