Ingredients:

• 2 – Large potatoes, boiled
• 2 tsp – Besan
• 5 tbsp – Kasoori Methi
• 5 tbsp – Chopped Coriander
• 1 inch – Chopped Ginger
• 2 – Large Tomatoes
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• Turmeric
• Salt

Method:

  1. Heat 3 tsp oil in a handi.
  2. Add ginger and chillies to it.
  3. Lightly fry besan in another kadai.
  4. To the ginger and chillies, add tomatoes, kasuri methi, coriander, salt, turmeric, potatoes and fried besan.
  5. Add lots of water.
  6. Cook for 15 mins and serve hot with parathas.
