
Ingredients:
• Raw papaya – 500 g
• Mustard Seed – 2 tsp
• Red Chillies – 4
• Salt – 1 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Sugar – 2 tsp
• Oil – 2 tsp.
Method:
- Wash and grate the papaya.
- Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard and add red chillies.
- Now add the grated papaya, salt and turmeric powder into it.
- Fry it in a high flame for 5 minutes, and then cover and cook for 5 minutes in a low flame.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Serve hot.
