Ingredients:

• 1/4 cup Tur Dal.
• 2 Red Chillies.
• 1/4 fresh Coconut (grated).
• 2 tsps Cooking oil.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. In a hard bottom pan, pour in the oil, and fry the tur dal and red chillies, till the dal turns colour.
  2. Grind the above with salt, coconut and a little water.
