Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Ricotta Cheese
• 1.5 cup – Spinach leaves, chopped
• 2 – Onions, chopped
• 5-6 – Cloves of garlic, minced
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 1 tsp – Black pepper
• 1/2 tsp – Ginger powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Olive oil
• 1 cup – Pasta of your choice, cooked according to packet instructions
• 2 tsp – Grated parmesan cheese
• 1/2 tsp – Oregano ( optional )

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, fry minced garlic on low flame till it turns light brown.
  2. Add onions and saute till brown.
  3. Add spinach and saute for a minute till it wilts.
  4. Take the pan off the flame, mix ricotta cheese and stir well.
  5. Cook for a minute on low flame, keep stirring.
  6. Add all the spices and keep side.
  7. Pour this over the cooked pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese and oregano on top.
