Healthy and fresh pasta salad
1 tablespoon chopped cucumber
1 tablespoon chopped carrot
1 tablespoon chopped tomato (optional)
1 tablespoon corn kernels
1/4 cup red and yellow bell peppers
1 cup boiled pasta of your choice
1 tablespoon onion chopped (optional)
1/2 cup salad cream
Salt and pepper to taste
1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Mix well with spatula.
3. Serve chilled.
