Ingredients:

• 1/2 lb – Pasta (any shape you prefer).
• Salt – to taste.
• 1 tbsp – oil.
• 1 – onion, minced.
• 1 Clove – garlic, minced.
• 1 – ginger.
• 1/2 cup – grated coconut.
• 3 – green chillies.
• 1 small bunch – coriander.

Method:

  1. Cook the pasta as per the box instructions.
  2. Grind the coconut, green chillies, ginger and coriander to a fine paste (try not to add too much water).
  3. In the meantime, heat oil, add the onion and garlic, saute for 1/2 min.
  4. Drain the pasta and add to the heated pan.
  5. Add the ground mixture, salt and stir well.
  6. Serve hot.
