Ingredients:
• 1 medium – cabbage, finely chopped/shredded
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 4 – Green chillies slit
• 2 tbsp – oil
• 2 tbsp – grated Coconut
• 2 tsp – Lemon juice
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds. Then fry slit green chillies.
- Add the shredded cabbage and cook covered till done.
- To this mix in the grated coconut and lemon juice.
- Serve hot .
