
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – tuvar dal, soaked in water.
• 2 cups – Fenugreek leaves, minced .
• 1 cup – Spinach leaves, minced .
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, minced .
• 6 Garlic Cloves .
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder .
• 1 tomato, minced .
• 3 green chillies, minced .
• 3 tsp – oil .
• Salt to taste .
Method:
- Cook dal with all leaves, tomato, green chillies, turmeric and salt till soft. Churn and blend.
- Heat oil. Add minced garlic.
- Once it is brown, pour over dal.
- Serve with rice.
