Ingredients:

• 1 cup – tuvar dal, soaked in water.
• 2 cups – Fenugreek leaves, minced .
• 1 cup – Spinach leaves, minced .
• 1 cup – coriander leaves, minced .
• 6 Garlic Cloves .
• 1 tsp – Turmeric powder .
• 1 tomato, minced .
• 3 green chillies, minced .
• 3 tsp – oil .
• Salt to taste .

Method:

  1. Cook dal with all leaves, tomato, green chillies, turmeric and salt till soft. Churn and blend.
  2. Heat oil. Add minced garlic.
  3. Once it is brown, pour over dal.
  4. Serve with rice.
