
Ingredients:
• 4 eggs.
• 1 cup – grated cottage cheese.
• 1/2 cup – fresh cream.
• 10-12 peanuts.
• 1/2 tsp – chilli flakes.
• 1/2 cup – milk.
• 1 tbsp. – white Butter (for greasing).
• 1 tbsp. – roasted Peanut powder.
• salt and pepper powder to taste.
Method:
- Beat eggs, add cottage cheese, cream, milk and salt, and mix lightly. Pour into a greased pan. Keep pan on slow fire and cook while stirring till custard is thick.
- Add peanut powder and fold it into the custard. Pour onto a serving dish. Sprinkle with pepper powder and chilli flakes.
- Garnish with fried peanuts, serve.
