
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Peanuts
• 2 cup – Jaggery (pounded)
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
Method:
- Heat a non-stick pan and add peanuts.
- Roast on low heat for 5 minutes.
- Cool and remove the skin.
- Add these roasted peanuts on preheated pan followed by addition of 1 tbsp of ghee and pounded jaggery.
- Now cook it till the jaggery melts into a thick consistency.
- Grease a plate or flat board and transfer the whole content on it.
- Press with knife or rolling pin.
- Let it dry and cut into pieces according to your desired shape.
- Store in air tight container.
