Ingredients:

• 1 cup – Peanuts
• 2 cup – Jaggery (pounded)
• 1 tbsp – Ghee

Method:

  1. Heat a non-stick pan and add peanuts.
  2. Roast on low heat for 5 minutes.
  3. Cool and remove the skin.
  4. Add these roasted peanuts on preheated pan followed by addition of 1 tbsp of ghee and pounded jaggery.
  5. Now cook it till the jaggery melts into a thick consistency.
  6. Grease a plate or flat board and transfer the whole content on it.
  7. Press with knife or rolling pin.
  8. Let it dry and cut into pieces according to your desired shape.
  9. Store in air tight container.
