
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – raw groundnuts (soaked overnight)
• 1/4 cup – grated Mango
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2- dry Red Chillies
• Few Curry leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida powder
• Salt
• Oil
Method:
- Pressure cook the soaked groundnuts with enough water and salt for up to 3 whistles.
- Once the steam get released, drain the cooked water and keep aside.
- Heat enough oil, fry the mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida powder.
- Add the cooked groundnuts and grated mango, saute for few minutes.
- Enjoy with a cup of tea.
