Ingredients:

• 2 cups – raw groundnuts (soaked overnight)
• 1/4 cup – grated Mango
• 1/2 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1/2 tsp – Urad Dal
• 2- dry Red Chillies
• Few Curry leaves
• 1/4 tsp – Asafoetida powder
• Salt
• Oil

Method:

  1. Pressure cook the soaked groundnuts with enough water and salt for up to 3 whistles.
  2. Once the steam get released, drain the cooked water and keep aside.
  3. Heat enough oil, fry the mustard seeds, urad dal, dry red chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida powder.
  4. Add the cooked groundnuts and grated mango, saute for few minutes.
  5. Enjoy with a cup of tea.
