Ingredients:
• 1 cup – peanuts.
• 4 Cloves – garlic.
• 6 whole – dried red chillies.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Roast peanuts and dried red chillies. When cool, grind in a mixer along with salt and raw garlic.
- Serve with hot rice and ghee.
