Ingredients:

• 1.5 cups – pear, cut into 1-inch cubes
• 1/2 – cup Pomegranate seeds
• 1 tsp – Olive oil
• 3/4 tsp – Honey
• 2 tbsp – Pomegranate juice
• 1 tbsp – Lemon juice
• a pinch of ground black pepper

Method:

  1. Combine pear and pomegranate in a bowl, mix well and keep aside.
  2. Heat the oil in a non- stick pan on a medium flame, add the pomegranate juice, lemon juice, honey and pepper powder and cook for 3 to 4 minutes or till it thickens slightly.
  3. Pour this warm dressing over the salad and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately.
