Ingredients:

• 100 g – sweet peda/burfi.
• 100 g – maida.
• 1 tsp – ghee.
• 1 pinch -salt.
• oil.

Method:

  1. Crumble the sweet pedas thoroughly without any lumps. Keep it aside.
  2. Now take a bowl and put maida and a pinch of salt and mix well. Add a spoonful of hot ghee. Knead it nicely adding water.
  3. Take a marble sized dough and roll it twice to make it flat.
  4. Then place a spoonful of crumbled pedas in the centre and bring all the side together to form a ball.
  5. Slightly flour the rolling board and roll it into a small puris.
  6. Heat the oil and fry the puris one by one.
