Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – Mutton liver or Chicken liver.
• 2 – onions.
• 2 – green chillies.
• 1/4 – piece ginger.
• 3 pod – garlic.
• 1 tbsp – pepper powder.
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder.
• 1/4 tsp – turmeric.
• Coriander leaves.
• 2 tbsp – oil.
• Cut liver into small pieces.
• salt to taste.

Method:

  1. In a kadai or wok pour oil, cut onions length wise and fry for 5 mins.
  2. Add cut green chillies, ginger, garlic and fry for a minute.
  3. Add the coriander powder, turmeric and salt.
  4. Add the cut liver, mix well, cook on a very low heat for 20 mins till you see oil come out and it looks fried.
  5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Serve this with bread.
