
Ingredients:
• fish fillets – 350 gm.
• oil – 4 tbsp.
• Garlic – 2 tsp, finely chopped.
• Onion – 1 cup, finely chopped.
• chilli powder – ½ tsp.
• cumin powder – ½ tsp.
• Turmeric powder – ½ tsp.
• freshly ground black pepper powder – ¾ tsp.
• ready to use Tamarind pulp – 1 tsp.
Method:
- Chop the fish into tiny pieces.
- Heat oil, fry garlic till brown.
- Add onion, fry till light brown.
- Add all the powders.
- Add fish, salt and tamarind.
- Add ¼ cup of water and simmer till the fish is cooked and the mixture thick.
- Place some filling on chapatti or paratha.
- Sprinkle with some finely chopped fried curry leaves.
- Roll up and serve.
