Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg – lamb Meat (curry cut pieces).
• 2 tbsp pepper powder.
• 2 tbsp Coriander powder.
• 1 tsp Turmeric powder.
• salt.
• 250g small Onions ( chopped).
• curry leaves.
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds.
• edible vegetable oil.

Method:

  1. Clean and wash the meat.
  2. Marinate the meat with pepper powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  3. Pressure cook the marinated meat, till almost done.
  4. Take another pan, heat the oil, add mustard seeds chopped small onions and curry leaves.
  5. Add the cooked meat to this after the onions turn slightly brown. Bring to boil over low flame.
  6. Serve hot with bread or rice.
