Ingredients:

• 1/2 kg lamb or Mutton spare ribs
• 1 tsp chopped Ginger
• 1 tsp chopped Garlic
• 2 tbsps Vinegar
• 2 large onions, sliced fine
• 2 or 3 green chillies, slit
• 3 tbsps oil
• 2 tsps pepper powder
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Wash the spare ribs and marinate them with the pepper powder, vinegar and salt for about 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large pan and saute the onions and green chillies for a few minutes.
  3. Add the chopped ginger and garlic and fry for about 3 minutes.
  4. Now add the marinated spare ribs and mix will.
  5. Add sufficient water and cook till the spare ribs are tender and soft and the gravy dries.
  6. Garnish with onion rings.
