
Ingredients:
• 1/2 kg – liver (cut into cubes).
• 1 tbsp – Ginger Garlic paste.
• 2 tbsp – pepper powder.
• 1 – Onion chopped.
• 1 – tomato, chopped.
• 2-3 – green chillies, slit.
• 1 tbsp – coriander powder.
• Salt to taste.
• oil to fry.
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice.
• 1/2 cup – coriander leaves.
Method:
- Mix all ingredients and pressure cook for about 15-20 mins or till the liver is done.
- Add very little water and if there is excess water, open and cook till the water evaporates completely.
- In a wok, heat some oil and fry the liver.
- Add lemon juice, coriander leaves and serve.
