Ingredients:
• 6 – Large potatoes.
• 3 tbsp – oil.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.
Method:
- Wash the potatoes and cook till soft.
- Remove the skins and cut into thick wedges.
- Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the potato wedges till brown.
- Remove on to a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper powder.
