Ingredients:

• 6 – Large potatoes.
• 3 tbsp – oil.
• Salt to taste.
• 1 tsp – pepper powder.

Method:

  1. Wash the potatoes and cook till soft.
  2. Remove the skins and cut into thick wedges.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the potato wedges till brown.
  4. Remove on to a plate and sprinkle with salt and pepper powder.
