
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – curd.
• 1 – Tomato (big size).
• 3-4 – green chillies.
• Turmeric, a pinch.
• For seasoning:
• mustard seeds.
• urad dal.
• tur dal.
• oil for seasoning.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Take curds in a dish, add salt and keep aside.
- Cut tomatoes and green chillies.
- Heat oil in a kadai and add all the seeds for tempering.
- When they crackle, add turmeric.
- Also add chopped green chillies and tomatoes.
- After the tomatoes are cooked, remove add to the curds.
- Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with rice.
