Ingredients:

• 2 cups – curd.
• 1 – Tomato (big size).
• 3-4 – green chillies.
• Turmeric, a pinch.
• For seasoning:
• mustard seeds.
• urad dal.
• tur dal.
• oil for seasoning.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Take curds in a dish, add salt and keep aside.
  2. Cut tomatoes and green chillies.
  3. Heat oil in a kadai and add all the seeds for tempering.
  4. When they crackle, add turmeric.
  5. Also add chopped green chillies and tomatoes.
  6. After the tomatoes are cooked, remove add to the curds.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves, and serve with rice.
