
Ingredients:
• Alfredo Sauce – 3 tbsp.
• Pesto Sauce – 3 tbsp.
• Mushrooms – 100 gms.
• 4-5 – small tomatoes.
• 1 cup – Basil leaves.
• 4-5 – Cloves of Garlic (cut it small).
• Bow-tie Pasta – 200 gms.
Method:
- Boil pasta and keep aside.
- At medium flame, heat olive oil in a skillet.
- Add garlic to it. Make sure that the garlic does not turn red.
- Add tomato, saute it for a while and then add mushrooms.
- Then add basil. and salt to taste.
- Add both sauces and the pasta, mix well and serve.
