
Ingredients:
• Cauliflower – 500 g.
• Baby Potatoes – 250 g.
• Green peas – 1/2 cup, par boiled.
• oil.
• Bay Leaves – 2.
• Chilli powder – 1 tsp.
• Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp.
• Cumin powder – 1 tsp.
• Coriander powder – 2 tsp.
• Green chillies – 3, slit.
• Curd – 1/2 cup.
• Salt to taste.
• Sugar – 1 tsp.
• Garam Masala – 1 tsp.
• Ghee – 2 tsp, optional.
Method:
- Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
- Deep fry in oil till golden. Drain and keep aside.
- Peel baby potatoes. Deep fry till golden. Drain and reserve.
- Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
- Add bay leaves, green chillies and all the spices except garam masala. Sautee for few seconds.
- Add green peas, cauliflower and potatoes.
- Mix curd with 1 cup of water and add.
- Add salt and sugar.
- Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Add garam masala and ghee.
- Serve hot with rice.
