
Ingredients:
• 12 slices – sandwich bread
• 4 tbsp – Butter
• 6 tbsp – Cream cheese or cheese spread
• 1/2 cup – grated Pineapple (fresh or tinned)
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
Method:
- Mix the butter, cream cheese/cheese spread, pineapple, pepper and salt together.
- Spread this mixture on 6 slices of bread.
- Top it with the other 6 slices of buttered bread.
- Remove the crusts and slice diagonally.
