Ingredients:
• Pineapple – 1 (big, cut into cubes).
• Custard powder – 2 tbsps.
• Milk – 1/2 litre.
• Condensed Milk – 1 can.
• Milk – 1/4 cup.
• Sugar – 2 tbsps.
• Elaichi powder – 1 tsp.
• Vanilla ice Cream – 2 tbsps.
Method:
- Boil the milk on low flame until it is reduced.
- Keep stirring continuously so that the milk does not stick to the pan.
- Then take 1/4 cup of milk and just warm it up for a minute or so.
- Then add the custard powder in the milk and mix well.
- See to it that no lumps are formed.
- Once the reduced milk is boiled, then add the condensed milk to it and keep stirring continuously.
- Once it is well mixed, add the custard in.
- Mix well together and allow it to boil for 2-3 mins.
- Then add the elaichi powder and mix it well.
- Allow it to cool and then refrigerate it.
- Cut the pineapple and add the sugar.
- Mix it well and keep it in the fridge.
- Just before serving, beat vanilla ice cream and pour it into the custard.
- Add the pineapple pieces into the custard and serve cold.
